All artwork, images, and content on this site are the sole property of Vince Horner.

• Ownership of the Physical vs. the Intellectual: The purchase of a physical painting or print grants the buyer ownership of that specific physical object. It does not grant any license for reproduction, commercial use, or digital distribution.

• No Derivatives: You may not modify, crop, or alter images of my work for public or commercial use without express written consent.

 

I strive for the highest degree of technical accuracy in my print production. However, because the laws of light and digital screens are in constant flux, I cannot guarantee that the color on your monitor will be a 100% identical match to the physical oil painting or print. Each piece is crafted to maintain the savory depth and texture of the original medium.

 

Sales and Shipping

 

• Prints: Prints are made to order. Please allow 30 days for processing.

• Originals: Original oil paintings are shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity.

• Damages: If a work arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours with photographic evidence so I can address the issue.

 

You may not use my artwork for:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) training or generative datasets.

• Resale on "Print on Demand" sites.

• Any context that implies an endorsement of products or ideologies without my prior approval.
